While the clients fell in love with the classic tudor exterior, beautifully scaled rooms and a pool terrace cantilevered over a stunning ravine, the interior and exterior were in serious need of rehabilitation.

Every inch of the house was stripped to the exterior framing and re-built with state-of-the-art HVAC and a centrally controlled lighting, sound and motorized blind system.  To replicate -- while updating -- a classic tudor interior, we incorporated lightly stained oak panelling; custom plaster ceiling mouldings; vaulted ceilings; and three walls of windows and French doors overlooking the ravine and renewed pool below.
