This red brick, centre-hall Georgian had a lovely street presence, but was in great need of interior updating.
The sunroom and porch above were completely rebuilt to provide a light-filled study adjoining the living room. A new detached garage replaced the existing attached garage, which became a family room and mud room entry. Throughout, cool off-white tones further brightened and joined the rooms.
